Refund and Exchange Policy
All purchases are non-refundable, except for cancelled events where a full refund will be given.
General Policies
Majestic Theatre performances only: No food or outside beverages may be brought into the Majestic Theatre. For designated shows, beverages may be sold in the Majestic Cafe in special spill-proof containers; only beverages in those spill-proof containers may be brought into the theatre. For shows so designated, no one under 18 years of age will be admitted unless accompanied by a parent.
Gift cards purchased on this site may only be used for Mountain Top sponsored concert and event ticket purchases and are not applicable for music lessons or food and drink in the Majestic Cafe.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Mountain Top Music Center).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
